Thomas The Trout - Wild Brook Trout - 3pc WNC
Thomas The Trout is designed to imitate a young trout moving through the water column, a high-protein meal predators rarely ignore. Its segmented body and natural baitfish profile create a lifelike presentation that draws attention and encourages aggressive strikes.
Constructed from buoyant cedar, Thomas The Trout produces a steady wake when retrieved slowly across the surface. The jointed body allows the bait to move naturally through the water, creating subtle swimming movement that resembles a struggling baitfish.
Thomas The Trout is built as a true wake and crank bait. It will wake cleanly on the surface with a slow retrieve, but increasing the retrieve speed allows the bait to dive and run in the 2–5 foot range. This gives anglers the ability to present the bait both on top and just below the surface depending on conditions.
This versatility makes Thomas The Trout effective around shoreline structure, shallow cover, transition zones, and baitfish feeding areas, where bass and other predators are actively hunting trout and similar forage.

Why Anglers Love It

Thomas The Trout offers anglers the flexibility to fish a steady wake or crank the bait down into the strike zone, making it an effective and versatile presentation.
